Meet Jacqueline Minshull

I grew up in a toxic environment, surrounded by abuse, addictions and financial mismanagement. The only relationships I knew were unhealthy and unstable.  By the time I was 20, I was drowning in self-hate, self-doubt, debilitating anxiety and thoughts of suicide.  After the birth of my second sJacqueline Minshullon, I hit rock bottom.  I was dealing with severe postpartum anxiety and depression. I realized I was one bad day away from ending it all.

Desperate and with conventional therapy and drugs not working, I searched for a new treatment.  I heard about Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and decided to give it a try. EFT “tapped” into spaces I hadn’t yet accessed, opening up my mind and making me believe, perhaps for the first time, that I was worth saving.

Before EFT I didn’t understand that I had the power to transform; that what I needed to heal was within me all along. EFT not only enhanced my life; it quite literally saved it

Today I am happy, healthy, anxiety and depression free with drive, passion and self-love!

My mission is to help set people up for complete self-acceptance and success! I know from experience anything is possible when you let yourself live beyond the boundaries of emotional sabotage!

What are Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)?

A series of techniques used to improve the physical, mental and emotional state of being.  EFT stimulates acupressure points throughout the body, while discussing the very issues that limit you from emotional freedom.  This technique re-wires our negative conscious and subconscious beliefs. Through EFT we are able to lower stress and create a positive life.
