Your First Visit
We’re excited to welcome you to Douglasdale Family Chiropractic!
Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to complete your intake form online — including insurance info — so there’s nothing to bring but yourself. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (no short-shorts or skirts, please).
Your first visit takes about 30–45 minutes. You’ll get a quick tour of the office, then meet with your chiropractor to go over your health history, do scans and an exam, and discuss how chiropractic care can help.
Most people choose to get adjusted at this visit, and we’ll follow up with a call that evening to check in and answer any questions.
Your Second Visit
At your second visit, we’ll check in to see how you felt after your first adjustment. Then we’ll go over your scan results and exam findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
From there, we’ll walk you through your care plan options based on your health goals, so you can decide what feels right for you.
Paying for Care
At this visit, we’ll review the cost of your care plan and go over payment options. We offer direct billing to many private insurance companies and accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.
We also provide savings plans for pre-paid care and offer discounts for first responders, teachers, and university students.
